O Beach Dubai: ARCO brings Ibiza’s iconic party scene to UAE
ARCO completed 3,800 sqm venue in nine months, featuring VIP cabanas and luxury bars
Dubai’s nightlife and hospitality scene just got a dazzling new addition with the grand opening of O Beach Dubai, the city’s latest luxury beach club.
Developed by ARCO Turnkey Solutions, this 3,800-square-metre venue at Habtoor Grand Resort, Dubai Marina, is the first international venture of the Ibiza-based O Beach brand.
The high-energy destination brings the legendary party spirit of Ibiza to Dubai, featuring a massive swimming pool, five bars, exclusive VIP cabanas, and elevated dining spaces. Designed for 1,500 guests, the venue is set to redefine daytime entertainment in the city.
Completion in 9 months
Commissioned by IMI Ibiza Entertainments LLC, the project was a full-scale design and build endeavour handled entirely by ARCO Turnkey Solutions. The company executed the entire structural, civil, MEP, fit-out, landscaping, and swimming pool works within an impressive nine-month timeline.
ARCO has made a name for itself in high-profile hospitality and entertainment developments, previously delivering Bla Bla, SAN Beach Club, and La Mer J1 South Beach. The completion of O Beach Dubai further strengthens its standing as a leader in turnkey construction for luxury venues.
